It's important for us not just to meet our clients expectations, but to exceed them. And if a client isn't completely satisfied, we do feel like we've failed.
Fortunately, this hasn't happenend yet! But that fear of failure is something that drives us on.
Hand in hand with exceeding our clients' expectations is the great feeling of pride we get when we create something that is compelling, new and unique. And that's a lot of what we get up to - from creating custom artwork and animation to developing cutting-edge code for web applications.
This isn't just a job to us, it's a vocation.
