First, we're not lawyers.  Second, we don't hide behind big legal words or very, very small print.  We're upfront and honest and, at least we like to think, we shoot from the hip and tell it as we see it.

However, to make sure everyone knows where he or she stands, here are some important points to bear in mind.

• we provide up to 3 mock designs, no strings attached
• we provide very competitive hosting, but you don't have to use us for this
• you are free to transfer away from us (never happened yet!) and continue using our custom code
• you cannot pretend that our custom code is your own product and resell it - it is copyrighted
• if you agree to use us for hosting, but then decide to transfer away after a cooling off period  - we reserve the right to keep your money - after all, we still have to pay for the servers!
• we're normally happy to wait for payment once everything is finshed, signed off and deployed - however, we reserve the right to stipulate payment in stages.  If this is the case, we will tell you before we start any chargeable work.
